Resetting Logic Pro X Fader to zero

Hi there Lemur chaps.
I was wondering if anyone out there has had the issue where a button mysteriously sets the volume fader to zero on which ever track is hi lighted in Logic Pro X?
I have a button set to activate a screen set, but once it's pushed it immediately sets the volume fader to zero.
Would some one please be kind enough to have a look at my template and see if there's something there that I've missed?
I feel like I've looked through it a hundred times and can't seem to see where I'm going wrong.
If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it.
Many thanks in advance!

Hi
2 options I can think of that are kind of related ...
1. You have that controller mapped to something via Controller Assignments . . .
2. Its CC7 or 10 or something and it is pre mapped by Logic to be Volume or Pan . . .
See https://forum.liine.net/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=4280

My vote is No.2
See the specs referenced in the above thread.
You are using default CCs and Logic is catching them
CC 7 is Volume , 10 is Pan, 1 is Modulation etc

Either pick better numbers or filter in the Environment maybe . .

Thanks,
I had a feeling it was something like that.
I'll get in there and check it out.
Thanks for your help.

Thankfully Logic has a setting where you can disengage these "inbuilt" CC values.
All is working well.
Thanks again for your help.

Oh and I finally clicked what you meant about program change numbers.
They are set and you have to use the numbers that aren't assigned to anything.
I'm a tad slow, but I get there in the end =)
Problem completely solved!
All the best
