Push came to Shove, I ordered one this evening! Don't think I would have if I hadn't played with Wul's outstanding creation first. I still owe you a beer Wul and I reckon Ableton should buy you a few too...
Hello, is there any place to see how to configure it for OSX? I have no idea how to do it. I´ve copied Clypxh to MIDI Remote Scripts, but I don´t know wich are the next steps.

Ok, it works for 9.0, sadly i lost my 9.0 trial and when i went to 9.1 it stopped working.
When i use the files of the youtube video (Push Folder and ClyphX folder) it doesnt do anything. When i use the original Push folder though it works for a few operations and then everything apart from the keyboards goes silent doing nothing anymore. When i go to the Midi Setup in Ableton and hit Push Out track on/off twice it again works for a few operations.

Others have said it works in 9.1
Has the update deleted the clyphx user setting file? Because it sounds like a clyphx problem

Ok i have only deleted the ClyphX folder but no user settings file. Where can i find it?
Do you know if the Push Folder from the tutorial video is uptodate? I was expecting the problem to be in there because when i put that folder in nothing at all works but with the original folder it works at least for a couple of operations.

I never used the clyphx method , but as far as. I know there should be a user settings text file in the clyphx scripts folder
To which you add the line PUSH EMULATION ON. You don't need to add or delete the push folder, in fact , if you are using the push folder that is linked in the video, that was uploaded before 9.1 was released so it will not work.
So use the original push script folder that comes with the latest version of live, that's if you ain't deleted it as instructed in the video.

Tried with a new installation but seems the Clyphx Method doesnt work for me and 9.1. Have tro try on another computer if the connection losshas to do with this computer but it worked with 9.0 but anyways, where can i find information on the other Method.
Seems to work now. With the new Clyphx from their website and PUSH_EMULATION = ON added to the user setting it works now.
Only observation so far is the running light in stepsequencing mode doesnt light up. I read that the PushOut has to be set to Sync for it to work but even though it is not,

One issue has come up for me. Want to see if this has cropped up for anyone else.
I've installed everything and shove is working in 9.1. I've just installed it and I've spent most of the last 24 hrs travelling so I haven't had a chance to play with it too much.
All the buttons are working correctly except the device button for me. Occasionally when I press the device button on the right hand side or try to toggle through the devices on a track using shove it destroys just the track that was selected by adding frequencies just like the sound is broken. Like there's some crazy effect running along side the original sound in the track.......
For example with one sound I'm using the 'electric' instrument with an 8 band eq........ The 8band eq is reading the additional frequencies. The patch in electric hasn't changed and tweeking the settings in electric gives me no clues as to what causes the track to react this way.
It's seems to react on me pressing device and then selecting a device without me actually changing any settings....
Any advice?

I got this set up, thanks Wul. Quick question: Does the Melodic Sequencer they updated with 9.1 work?
For others: I had to spend some time setting this up wireless, so I'll try to give a clear explanation on how to do it that might speed it up
The Basics:
Install Lemur on your computer.
Download installs Clypx on your computer, following their provided instructions (transfer Clypx folder to "Midi Remote Scripts" folder in your Ableton Live) to ensure it's working (tracks should highlight, you can send commands from the instructions, etc)
In that folder you just moved, edit the file User Settings.txt and refer to the first image adding the line Push Emulation = On, and save file.

Open Lemur Daemon on Computer
On iOS Lemur click on MIDI Targets and try to select something like the following - I've got From: Daemon Output 1 To: Daemon Input 0
Restart Lemur on iOS and observe the Setup Lemur Daemon on the top of your computer screen to see if the connections show up.
Load up Push Template on iOS Lemur
Start up Ableton 9, and turn on the midi settings like the image attached.

You're correct. I updated to 9.1. The Push reacts to me clicking the "notes" button and goes to a screen that looks like the Melodic Sequencer, but then crashes. So I cannot get it to work. To me, that would be a really fun feature. Hopefully Wul has some time to take a look at it

Ok, Got the Melodic Sequencer working! I forgot to put Clypx back in the 9.1 Live Midi Control folder, duh. Now it's working nicely so far! Thanks!

Well, yes my mistake sorry, the sequencer itself works, but I wasn´t able to change the value for only one step for effects, etc. on Shove as updated for Push and 9.1, just works with the usual note length/velocity/etc.
The session mode doesnt work for me, tested in both 9.1 and 9.0. When I click the session button Live keeps activating "scene 1" causing all the clips in the first scene to be fired multiple times. It seems there is some midi feedback problem being caused by the buttons on the right hand side of the pad/grid (1/32t etc). Also the previous button doesnt come on when in browse mode, so if Im in the instrument menu I cant get to select a midi effect.
Sounds like something's wrong in your settings , make sure your track buttons for your lemur ins/outs in prefs are unchecked

Everything else works, except the fact I cannot access midi devices in the browser. Could it be a problem with loopmidi? I tried deleting the "label = setattribute(getobject(), 'labels', '<1/32t')" from each of the scene pads and it works after that, but im not sure why it works :/
Also noticed that in 9.0.1 x32 the "note"button doesnt turn on the melodic sequencer :/

I use midiox although I assume loopmidi is similar 1 thing to make sure is that the loopmidi ports are different numbers

Hi I have the same problem as newtfish I'm using mac and the dameon in/outs for midi and the clyph-x it was working fine before the update I'm sure i use it along side a legacy lemur running Mu never had a problem till now? Any help on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thought i'd better check this out , and yes i can confirm the problem occurs on windows too. something has changed in the update, thats causing a variable to spew out a whatever message is in the midi mapping pane if the same message is recieved causing the feedback. that + an oversite on my part is causing the problem ,
the fix is easily sorted.
