How do you find out about updates to Lemur editor?

The editor itself has no option for checking for updates that I can see.

The link on the site just says "Lemur installer".

How are people finding out about updates?

It would be useful if the editor had an option to automatically check for updates. Also if the link included the version number and date of release.

Matt

Don't know 100 %, but I guess it would be mentioned on software updates via Appstore?

However I like your idea too ;)
Cheers

I got notified by the editor crashing when I tried to open a .jzlib saved in the newer version. :3

Eh? I didn't get the editor from the AppStore, nor can I find any sign of it there.

Yes, I am not saying that, just as soon as a new Lemur software update goes to appstore (and if there is other for Lemur Editor) sure they going to mention that the release note, but as I said, not 100% sure.

Hi Matt,

Right now it will would have to be done manually by downloading the installer. This seems counter productive i'll see if I can add the version number to the link on the support section later today. The auto-update feature seems like a good idea.

Cheers,
M.
