Sending MIDI to Monitor, SignalScope and LCDs

Hello, I´m using Lemur with Max/MSP and I want to send some MIDI data to these objects. How could they receive MIDI data? I can send values from other objects (for example "Fader.x") but I don´t know how to make this with MIDI sent from the computer.

Thank you and best regards.

Map fader to the MIDI source you want to send to Monitor, and then assign the same midi channel and controll number to Monitor.
That`s how i do it, there`s a probably the right way to do this but i don`t know it :)

Hello,

Thank you very much but, if I make that, when I stop to sending MIDI data, the Monitor and Scope come back to zero. I send values from "ctlout" in Max/MSP, by the way.

Thank you very much and best regards.

Hmm, when the car ran out of gas, it stops :)

you want them to remain on the current value when midi stops?

Yes, that´s what I want. I.e. : if I send data from a fader (with "Fader.x") the signal scope remains in its last value. But if I send from MIDI (ctlout with Max/MSP) it returns to zero always.

Thank you very much and best regards.

Solved. I don´t know exactly what I was doing wrong, but now it works for me.

Thank you very much, anyway ;)

Best regards.

Then what did you do at the end...? :)

Nothing special. I just connected ctlout from Max to Lemur´s objects and assigned the correspondent values. I don´t know why it didn´t work before... :?:

Thanks and best regards.
