Pixelization issue on Windows editor 5.7.0

Is the pixelization issue on Windows editor 5.7.0 a known issue? Or is it just me? I'm using a Microsoft Surface Pro 7+. I tried multiple resolutions and scaling % without seeing a difference. Here is a comparison of legacy lemur (no issue) and 5.7:
