Container with hidden tabs still trigger

I have a container with 4 tabs.
Show TabBar in the container properties is unchecked to hide the tabs because I select them via scripting.

I just noticed if I tap near the top of the container where the tabs would be, sometimes the invisible tabs trigger and the container switches. Wierd.

Anyone else notice this?
If there is any way to fix this I would love to know.

Yes - I can confirm this is an issue - with both Legacy and Liine Lemur.
One solution would be to put a Black container over the visible tabs - but it needs to cover them all and you lose the border.

I had hoped to put a transparent container over the top but it loses it's border when transparent . . .
