Open Lemur from another app -URL scheme-

Does anyone know Lemur´s ‘URL scheme’?
For what I understand, to be able to switch to, or open Lemur, from within another app, I need to find out it’s URL scheme.
In my case, I am using an app called ‘Setlist Maker’. It allows you to create buttons to switch to other apps by entering their name an URL scheme. Anyone please?
