Hello everybody!
I have a really weird bug going on and I am not sure how or what is causing it. I made a video and uploaded it to youtube detailing my bug:

Any help would be very appreciated so that I can work past this roadblock.

Do you have any screen zoom running ??
I've had similar issues with other apps that resolved with that ...

Not that I am aware of. I am not sure what triggers it, because I just opened it up and it is working just fine. I will look more into the screen zoom possibility. Thank you for the input!

Was this ever resolved?
It's May 2020 and still happening on my system here (High Sierra).
Kind regards

Apparently it does happen sometimes with other apps. Click the bottom edge of the app where it's black and you can drag it back into view, let me know if that worked. You might have to resize it first using the bottom right hand corner (area of the GUI with three lines)
this solved my same issue, although my cursor was off, i had to find the spot a little over the three lines, then a little left to not click the lines directly ( the bottom bar) then i could pull the entire editor down a little and everything worked as intended again, hope this helps.
