Weird Lemur Activity - Video Footage

Hi Everyone,
I've been having this trouble with Lemur Editor and Lemur Daemon in which it comes out looking like this. I did NOT change my monitor resolution, so I don;t even know where to begin to try to fix this. As of right now, I am completely locked out of my touchscreen.

Does anyone know what might be causing this or how to fix it?
