Skin editing

Hey all,
I've seen that there are 4 bundled skins for Lemur and I somehow hoped, that users can create their own skins and use them in their projects.
Am I wrong? I created a new skin for the buttons and put them in a new subfolder. They are indeed used, when switching the skin in the Lemur editor,
but they are not displayed on the iPad. Any ideas how I can incorporate the skin into the project?
Cheers,
Stevie

Damn, I know I saw a thread for this. Cant find it though. I could be wrong, but it didn't sound too hopeful from what I remember.... Try searching the forum more
Or better yet someone with the knowledge confirm

Hey!
Wow, that doesn't sound too positive. A bit frustrating that a former $50 app can't handle custom skins
Cheers,
Stevie

Like I said, don't take my word for it.

the skin files or skin informations must be in the Lemur app as well to work in Lemur, not only in the editor. Seems logical, but of course I'm not entirely sure about it.
Never felt like doing custom skins myself. What is available now is enough already.

I personally like the buttons of TouchOSC more than the buttons in Lemur. That's why I edited them that way.
Sounds logical to have the skins on the app as well. I somehow thought, that the Lemur editor would transfer them
with the project file.

could have been possible, or may be possible, as I said I'm not sure. But because in Lemur there is a dropdown selector for four options, a change in a deeper level of Lemur would be necessary I presume.
You can try to send your skin to Liine, if they like it they may incorporate it in a new update?
