Merging bought Templates?

Howdy,

I have only just discovered Lemur and currently reading the manual so I apologise if I have missed something basic.

I have just purchased Midi Kinetics C_Brains and MK Transport. I have a few questions.

Firstly I have put the MK Transport into the Thumb container and successfully shows up on my ipad when I press the Thumb Latch button. I have followed the instructions of setting up a Generic Remote and a Mackie Control in Cubase Pro 8 and basically, the MK Transport does not work. I am using some Steinberg CMCs so am wondering what is conflicting? When I press play on either the MK Transport or on the Steinberg CMC-TP play commences after a long pause but playback skips 1 bar at a time. I have tried the MK Transport completely separate from the C_Brains and it does the same thing (which is making me think something is conflicting with the Steinberg CMCs and/or the virtual connections are wrong/clashing). Without the MK Transport, the C_Brains works perfectly. I am wondering what I have done wrong!

Secondly, I want to create a few faders in the Thumb Container to control CC1, CC7, and CC11 (plus controls to control Envelope attack etc) and just wondering how I should assign them to CCs without messing up the C_Brains and MK Transport (when it works)?

Loving Lemur and seeing what the potential of it is but am a little stuck as to how to make it work with C Pro 8.

Thanks for any help

Jono

I've also got CBrains and added a XY Pad to the Thumb Pad. What you need to configure properly is the Midi Output port on your faders. Just ensure that they don't use the same port(s) that CBrains is using. ( These are configurable in the settings page) HTH
