Lemur forums/support NOT RESPONDING NO HELP!!!

Days roll by without any response whatsoever to any support/help requests! Just an simple acknowledgement would suffice for most people, but this company will not even say "sorry, we are busy atom!" Just IGNORANCE! This task could even be automated but isn't - The master automation experts at Lemur are unable somehow?

I have read posts from "forum admins" which are so petty in their approach, it's quite shocking! If they do ever respond to people's troubles, they are often derogatory and short. Most unprofessional team I have bought from in recent memory.

"Computers don't have accidents you must have done it" was the witty retort of one of your reps to another user asking for help! DISGUSTING

Hi Mia,

I have received all your emails and I am working my way through them. Thank you for all the details and lengthy explanations. I understand how frustrating it can sometimes be to connect MIDI and various hardware/software devices. Your setup is very particular, as I've said in my email I will do my best to reproduce the issue and figure out exactly why the clock is unsteady in your rig.

Kind regards,

Hi

I'm a volunteer 'admin' (keeping spam down, etc) and also try to answer what I can, when I can, if I can - which has been quite a bit now . . .
I don't really know whether I consider myself a 'rep' as such though I suppose I might be seen that way and I guess I do take that it to consideration when answering queries . . .
Sometimes my responses are short and to the point - unfortunately the net is open to misinterpretation - In the example given it was not meant as a 'witty retort' but statement of fact

User traffic varies on the Forum and often days may go by before a response is received. Sometimes it is something that takes a bit of time and investigation . . .
I don't know the answers off the top of my head to every questions raised here - often it will take hours to eventually work something out . . .
I often find myself investigating things I don't normally deal with in my usual line of play - from very simple to very complex, design approach, coding, logic, external software/hardware etc etc etc
Sometimes I miss posts or leave them for others to answer who I know have done more stuff with say the sequencer's or video stuff - sometimes I will follow up stuff I missed, sometimes I don't . . .

Anyway, yeah, I am somewhat busy at the moment, and have temporarily limited net access, so sorry . .. I certainly don't consider my general behaviour here to be unprofessional though I don't know what you expect . . .
Will try to get around to looking at the clock issue you have mentioned though there are others who have done far more in that regard then me, I am not into sequenced stuff really . . .

Cheers
MM

Thanks and Sorry for being a nusciance!

Somehow the messages I had been sending were not being recieved by support. This led me to believe, wrongly, that support were uninterested. When I read the post this morning I was already frustrated and easily misinterpreted your comment.

My bad! I feel pretty stupid, but at least I got a response! ;D
