NRPN is complicated on Lemur

I see there are NRPN workarounds with scripts, that are tedious. But that's sort of contrary to Lemur's ease of use with CC. Updating a Lemur Template with NRPN is also tedious. Why not implement a built-in NRPN feature for Lemur on the "Mapping" section. An example would be how Ctrlr handles that currently on PC's. You select if it's a CC or NRPN type of message. That would save a lot of time.

We're aware of the challenging in creating NRPN and 14=bit CC messages. We're considering implementing this as a standard message in the mapping window, although I can't promise if or when this feature will make it to an official release.

I would like to add encouragement to Liine to please emplement this. Regular CC is too coarse for some adjustments and the result is not so great. Please add NRPN.

Hi
There are already a number of different ways to do all this, by various people...

My computer has some issues at the moment so can't do anything currently but will put something together when it is back on its feet. RPN/NRPN and 7-14 bit data can be done fairly easily a number of ways depending on what you are after.

Cheers

ive attached a multislider which generates 2 14 bit numbers msb and lsb without using scripts , it just needs the msb and lsb included in a custom midi message
