Monitor locator in Ableton

Hi all-
I have built a very basic transport controller to use with Ableton's arrangement view to skip forwards/backwards to different parts of a master song set. To do this I am using locators. Is there a way to get the locator text label information to a monitor on the Lemur? Even a simple text box is fine with me. I'd rather be using the Lemur to control everything instead of mouse/keyboard/monitoring things on stage.

That would need access to Live's API so I THINK you would need python scripting or MaxForLive to retrieve the information (the name of the locator) and then send it over to Lemur
