quick intro

new poster here. I've been around music stuff (fixing, playing, buying, writing software tools, beta testing, posting crap on the net, etc) for 25+ years and I am a programmer by trade. The Lemur port to iOS has opened up some interesting possibilities for me.
I have 2 parallel Lemur projects started - one is to update the microWave template to add initial communication and patch info so the controls will display the current value instead of a default, and the second is building a TX802 template (which should be usable for the DX7, TX816, etc) which attempts to take advantage of what the Lemur can bring to the table.
I have questions, wishlist changes, and hopefully suggestions for others.
thanks for reading.
