hey all, is there a midi monitor app out there that works with lemur ? i got midi wrench to work a couple of times but since then, no matter how i route things i don't get anything showing in wrench. i've tried "midi monitor" app too. no dice. or is this just a general problem with how lemur addresses coremidi apps ? thanks.

Hi
What are you trying to achieve? There really is no general problem with coremidi apps that I am aware of.
Of course it depends on how Lemur is setup and what and how the other app monitors . . .

MIDI Wrench works - you simply have to set up your Lemur MIDI target to point to it . . .
Midi Monitor (iPad app) - I don't think it will do it - it doesn't advertise

If you are on a Mac then MIDI Monitor is your best option for computer based monitoring . . .

You can always loopback MIDI on the iPad in various other ways, which comes back to 'What are wanting to do??'

Cheers

I'm combining some templates and just want to check outputs to avoid conflicts and ideally without using a computer. I have midi wrench running on an iPad 3 iOS 6.1.3. In the midi target I have" from" as unassigned " or "session 1 " and "to" as midi wrench. It worked briefly twice but now, no matter what the boot order, soft reset etc, no midi stream shows up. Are my settings correct ? Thanks
