Help with Installation (Win 8)

I New to Lemur, I have been trying to make the iPad to PC connection but couldn't get it to work!

First The Lemur Deamon never show up! I can see the Icon on start menu but the app never showed up in desktop mode. I'm Using LoopMIDI which is can see the midi ports in ableton, Creating Ad-Hoc network instruction video never helped me so I'm Connecting the Ipad and the PC to the router MIDI network for now. When I look for MIDI ports in lemur app there is notion coming from LoopMIDI.

Try using http://connectify.me Hotspot Lite, it's a very tidy utility for managing ad-hoc networks.
