Are page tabs always alphabetical?

I have two page tabs, so I guess two separate interfaces, in a single lemur template. I can't find any way to arrange them other than the default alphabetical order. The User manual mentions alphabetical, and not much after that. Is there any way to have them not be alphabetical?

Strictly alphabetical - but you can always rename them to, for example "1- zefirstone" and "2 - I am second".....
