Well, i've got TouchOSC working on my iPad and communicating with Ableton Live on a PC Via MidiYoke and Puredata.
I've even created my own templates and been able to assign the knobs and sliders i've created to controls in Ableton using MidiLearn - this all works great!
My problem is that I cannot get feedback from Ableton BACK to my iPad.
i.e. when I tweak a parameter in Ableton that i've assigned a knob to on the iPad, it doesn't update the knob position on the iPad.
I am on a PC.
Do I need to set an "Input Device" in Midi Settings in PureData?
Or perhaps in Ableton I need to setup in the Preferences > Midi Sync > The Midi Port Output for (track) (sync) (remote).
Any help would be greatly appreciated, even screenshot of the correct MidiSync settings / Puredata settings.

Re: Feedback to TouchOSC (iPad) from Ableton Live
I just got Max 4 live so i've stopped working on this.... but this is where i left off. i did get it working using live osc and this tutorial

and playing around a bit.
I could move a fader in touchosc and it would move the fader in live...and when i moved it in live, it moved the fader in touchOSC...instant feedback.
good luck!
