Wired control of Lemur Editor? IOS 6 issues.

Is there a way of using the Lemur Editor via usb?
The IOS 6 update for my iPad 2 appears to have finally killed my wifi connecting altogether for now, and good riddance to it. After a mountain of initial, beginner's problems with it and a long run of good luck, to the cancellation of a live set at soundcheck, and the subsequent purchase of an Alesis i/o Dock, the Lemur Editor is the last thing I still seem to need wifi for, and IOS 6 has definitively put a stop to that. 2 computers tested (2010 iMac, 2007 Macbook Pro), both with establish ad hoc networks that will show up in the iPad with the little checkmark & everything, but the wifi icon doesn't appear next to the "iPad" label and the Lemur Daemon (ver 3.2.1) doesn't pick up any signal. Bloody IOS... everything on the Lemur end worked beautifully before that update.
So yeah, I could go on and on... is wired control of the editor possible?
