How to send a delayed note or cc

I searched the forum and read the manual but cannot find usefull information about how to send out a delayed note or controller.
It has to do something with Onframe, but I could not find any simple working examples.

This is very easy with bome miditranslator, I have a lot of note and cc delay-scripts in this app , it still runs in the background but I want to port it to lemur-only. Did'nt expect it to be so dificult...


Can anyone give me a simple example?
