Creating a 'release' for any object via script

Post by aer »

Hello, I have been programming with lemur for about a month now but cant figure out how to create a release on objects in scripts.

For example I have used a multiball as an xy pad for my fx, I currently have a script which resets x to 0 but leaves y at its current value when I lift my finger. But I am hoping there is a way I can mimic the attraction style 'release' you get with a multislider by using frames or time in scripts. if I could create a short 5-15ms release on the value of x it would stop the chance of the fx going to zero creating a pop.

Hope someone can help, this forum has been an amazing teacher for me so far.
