M-Audio interface corrupts MIDI-server after using Lemur?

Dear people,
I hope you can help me out on this one.
I recently purchased the Liine Lemur-app for my iPad. For CoreMIDI connection I use a combo of the Neusonik iM/One interface with a M-Audio Midisport Uno. I have a MacBook Pro 15'' 2Ghz Intel Core i7 running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4.
It's been working smoothly with my software (Live, Logic, Max) and my studio interface (TC Electronic Studio Konnekt 48) up until today when I connected my computer to my live audio interface, an M-Audio 410.
Now, I suddenly can't use any of my MIDI inputs at all and when trying to open my Apple MIDI Utility I receive an error message stating: "Midi Server Cannot Be Opened".
I've repared disc permissions and tried deleting old drivers in Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers, but nothing works.
Is it possible that my setup with Liine via usb has corrupted my CoreMIDI? Or do any of you have a clue what's going on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.
Best, Anders Bach, Denmark
