Is there any way to save the data on the iPad? I have several large arrays which I have to manually enter data into every time I start the app. The array structures don 't change so why do I need spend 15 minutes to re-enter this data?
Thanks
joeb
BTW is there a way to change the default font size to something other than 20pt.
thx,
jb

I'm a huge noob at all this Lemur/OSC fun but as far as I can make out, there are two ways to 'save' grid data, for example
- presets, this page
http://www.jazzmutant.com/workshop_tuto ... id=storing contains, from what I understand, all there is to know about building 'local' presets modules. At the moment, to me, it looks hellish but I'm sure it's easy to apply to any modules once you've got the hang of it
- I figured I could use the Lemur editor as a preset saving device - use the "hold the 'e' button down to 'touch' the interface" function to manually transfer your settings to the Lemur editor and save it using a sensible <patchname>-<presetname> naming convention. make some more 'preset' files, then when you want to load your preset, just load up the file in the editor and sync-up!
Like I said though, I'm a massive noob to Lemur/OSC so there may well be more experienced users with much valuable advice ready to deliver it below.. the link at the top is probably the most part of this post.

If you think that's ugly you should see what I've come up with. I am so disgusted with a reliable method to do this what I am using is a text editor to copy and paste my arrays into the jzml file. REALLY ugly but hey it works. So now I have all the important (LARGE) arrays saved off into text files which I can cut/copy/paste into the main file. Of course it means I have to carry a laptop around to download modified templates which kind of negates part of what I'm trying to do. But as I've spent a lot of time building this template it really is a sweet solution for me. And I'm waiting to see how much the Lemur folks are listening to users and are implementing what we ask for.
