This is cool. What I really hoped for, that my template could be used as an inspiration and base for further exploration

Also I thought Loopbe transferred Sysex, but the surfacelcd is not displaying the selected track names.
I never got it to work with Loopbe. Reverted back to "good old" Midi Yoke.
Midi Yoke also seems to have a good loopback detection algorithm that do not interfere (e.g. shutdown the port) with repeating messages, like when you press rewind for long periods.

I just turn off "shortcut detection" in Loobe and it seems fine.

hi
apologies for the noob question, but i can't get this template to work with cubase.
i've set up the lemur app, and i can see some midi activity in Cubase when i move the faders on the app.
i've set my midi in and out ports both in MackieHUI and Quickcontrol in Cubase preferences, i've imported the cubasemapping.xml file.
i've obviously RTFM but didn't find any info about this.
well, i've done everything i could but i can't get it to work.
if someone could help or point me to a tutorial, that would be much appreciated.
thanks

Create a Mackie control device in cubase. Make sure the in + out are set to your lemur in/outs, and that they ones using midi 0.

in the gui, under the mutes there's a box to "enable shorttcut detection". Just uncheck it.
