hi Joe,
thanks for your kind and encouraging words and advice.
At this time the thing that worries me the most is the bug on the knob:
go to knob> object properties > type > select bipolar Lemur editor crashes.
this is of course more serious than the window size.
I will wait and trust in their reaction, Lemur deserves it.
my best,
Luca

Yeah hahaha, it took me fewer than 30 seconds to hit that bug in v4, under 5 mins to hit the rest.
I guess the good news is Smudge 2 ought to be ready by now!

Great, I've lost the ability to expand the editor window for some reason, now i can't use the workaround for the broken editor!
I cannot use the editor at all.
Why isn't this a priority?
When will this be fixed?

Anyway, got it running again using 'run as admin'
I use the term 'running' lightly

Just to pile on... WIN8 has been released for quite some time now, however the editor and the daemon are both in deplorable condition when run in a WIN8 client. Can't you guys update the apps to run in this environment? I feel cheated that I paid for the app, only to find that the tools you provide to interface with a PC are, honestly, completely unworkable. They crash continuously and and GUI is in a semi-working state. I almost feel like I want a refund.
Please inform us when a new version will be made available to customers who operate in the WIN8 environment.

It's not even a practical workaround.
