Ableton devices + Mu for ipad issue

Hello everyone,

First time poster here. I would really appreciate some advice for a small issue I've been facing. I've recently installed Lemur for Ipad and got the Mu template to work with Ableton Live 8.3.4 by following all the steps in the manual. However, I cannot seem to get the ableton device controllers to show up in Lemur for some reason. The application is actually recognizing them but when I choose a device to control it's taking me back to the please choose a device page.

I've looked just about everywhere on the internet for a thread discussing this and couldn't find any. Does anybody here know how I can fix this?

i got the same problem, did u finally find a solution ?

Try opening the mu patch, by clicking on the edit button to edit the max patch. For some reason, it works when it is opened in edit mode.

I dont know why, ive been trying to get to the bottom of it, and posted in the cycling forum to find out but no answer.

Nick Rothwell / Cassiel 's Maxpatch posted in that thread works around some of the port binding issues inherent to this whole setup.
