Hey guys, I've always been a big fan of Lemur, and to see it coming back onto the iOS makes me extremely happy. I have used the original Lemur a few times and always enjoyed the feel of its screen. Does anyone know of a good Ipad cover to simulate that original Lemur feel, or that at least takes away the glossiness of the Ipad screen.
Second question, would there be any significant difference in computational power from an Ipad to Ipad2? I'm thinking of buying a used first gen to save money, but I don't want to do that with a risk of a less responsive application.
Thanks, and glad to be here!
Which Ipad and cover should I get?
Re: Which Ipad and cover should I get?
I can't speak to the cover question, but can give you some guidance on which iPad.
Lemur itself will run great on an iPad first gen. However, if you want to use virtual MIDI to control a synth on the same iPad you may run into clicks and breaks in your audio, and minor stutters in control data. If you want to use virtual MIDI I would recommend an iPad2 (or 3!).

Just as info, Lemur works great on iPad 2!

Got iPad 1, it seems to work for me (not too big templates), hopefully I don't need to buy other soon!
