Any way to save Lemur Daemon settings

Post by bbohannon1 »

Is there any way to save Lemur daemon settings so I don't have to go through and set it up every time I connect?

Its supposed to remember the settings - Windows 7 64x here, 8 out of 10 times it does remember them!

EVERY time I restart the Lemur Daemon I have to go through the process of choosing the MIDI interface and associating it with a Lemur target. I've had the Daemon lock up a few times as well (shows "Not Responding" in Task Manager). Does anyone have any insight on whether the Daemon runs better on a mac vs. PC?

Dunno if its any indication and Im probably usually lucky with this stuff (havent stumbled on any of the problems people are having in the forums) but in my Windows 7 64bit laptop it works like a charm! Furthemore, if I wait just a couple of minutes after connecting my iPad2 with the laptop, start Lemur on the iPad and THEN fire up Daemon it remembers all the settings and it all goes well smoothly. Take notice however, that I havent configured Daemon to start up together with the OS boot. I prefer to start it manually, as I said, right after the windows taskbar network icon shows that the ad hoc connection has been established.
