this seems to have worked for me. on a 3rd gen ipad running iOS6 and a macbook pro running OS 10.7.5.
Looks like I'm in trouble again I get dis message " didn't respond to the connection request.. "? And it looks like every time I try to connect behaviour is different.is there any way to go back to iOS 5????
Lemur 3.2.2 has been submitted to Apple with fix's for iOS 6, WiFi connection etc.
Once it is approved (not sure on exact timeframe) it will be available via iTunes.
And I will post it's availability here as soon as I know.
Thanks for the various reports and support in sorting out this problem.

what was the problem actually? What is different in iOS 6? Do all apps need to be updated? I mean, there's TouchOSC, V-Control, KP, and various other apps that rely on a network connection. They all don't work at the moment at my place.

As I mentioned earlier, rtpMIDI works for me (along with TouchOsc).
