help installing mu fx controllers

Hello

I have just started using the MU and noticed that some of the effects controllers weren't working so I downloaded the ones posted from the liine website. I got the reverb one to work first time but cabinet and amp didn't work.

Is there any thing other than putting then in the device controllers/audio effects folder that can resolve the issue, the reverb worked no problem?

If you check the Mu documentation most of your questions should be answered . . .

For example, with Amp you will need an Amp folder in Audio devices with both the jzml and maxpat in it.
You will also need to edit the ' Mu.devicesFolderPath.txt ' file to tell it where it is by adding ' Amp, Audio Effects/Amp; ' into the file
You have probably missed this second step . . .

many thanks for your reply, laziness and tiredness stopped me from elaborating that I had already done both. But after a reboot and a nights sleep ohhhh miracle they are working, I thought you could up date the template from the MU.amxd, am not sure but a restart of live is the most obvious reason. Although the cabinet is not the most earth shattering of controllers, many many thanks to those who have contributed and keep this work of genius alive and kicking!
