connecting from ipad to pc without wireless

Hi,

Although I do have wireless, my PC is connected through a wired connection. Is there anyway to connect my iPad using a USB cable so I can control Ableton with Lemur?

I am wanting to hook it up to Ableton 8, are there any requirements for version number of this?

If your are using a router w/ an inbuilt wifi and your PC is connected to the router via an ethernet cable, you should be able to connect Lemur to your PC. Take a look at the videos on the liine web page which describes on how to set up a connection: http://liine.net/en/support/lemur
