Can lemur's params default to plugin's value instead of 0?

It would be nice if the lemur knew the position of each knob in the midi vst plugin instead of starting at zero for each one.

An example would be lemur's ipad parameter values changing each time you changed the plugin's preset patch.

Is there a way to make the lemur run through and get the value of each midi parameter value from a midi vst plugin?

Or is there some other solution?
