hi
i'm trying to build a template to access the menus of my moog voyager rack.
i managed to get the sysex list (which is a pain to decypher), and i can get the sysex strings using the output of the Librarian Editor application on MidiOx. so the data itself is not a problem.
it consists of 129 bytes strings, that go for example:
F0 04 32 00 00 ...... 00 F7
now i want a button to output this when i press it.
i tried pasting the string (without the F0 and F7) in the value field of a sysex control of a button, but the string stays red, with our without the spaces.
can someone help me and put me in the good direction?
what kind of script should i use? how should the string be written?
thanks for any help!

Re: sysex help/moog template
that's good you have the sysex command list - that's the most difficult part I think.
I can't help you unfortunately, but I can tell you that you have to include the F0 and F7, these are numbers as well (hexadesimal system with 16 numbers instead of 10 in the decimal system). Only with them the string is complete, and maybe it works.
