Absolutely New to Lemur

I was wondering if anyone could point me to the best learning resource to scripting for the Lemur. I'm fairly effective at picking up through the discussions, but am trying to find something that will give me a good thorough introduction and overview.

P.S. I primarily use Ableton and Maschine right now if that helps with the types of resources I should read.

but it's pretty advanced level already
in the lemur documentation you have some exercices to begin with too..
