NEWS: User Library is live!
Hi guys,
Just to let you know that the User Library is now live and you can upload your templates. Please register in the following link. http://liine.net/profile/
We have implemented a tag system which you can use to filter out what you are looking for. Make sure you add tags when you upload a template and let me know if there are any more that should be added to the list.
Cheers,
Marino.

Re: NEWS: User Library is live!
Hey Marino,
nice to see
suggestion for new tag: "control change"
I think it will be good to sort modules by the kind of data they produce. Like you already have "Midi", "OSC" or "keyboard" (what I would call "Notes", refering to naming based on data typ) Maybe "controller" means "control change"?
great news that user library is open. I will update my modules to Ipad resolution asap
Thanks again to all at Liine for keeping the Lemur alive and porting it to a new hardware plattform!
Cheers*mat

Re: NEWS: User Library is live!
firstpost! I'm a new user here but have already gained knowledge of programming Lemur iPad
using many of these excellent templates. Using Lemur editor makes making interfaces so easy for me. : )
Hopefully some of my own templates will be useful to others at some point.
Within the past week I have:
1) Slightly redesigned one of the Live MCU controllers on the inside and gave it a new face for use with Logic Audio and it works with Metric Halo console too. Work in progress, but I'm thrilled to have it work because I have never had enough room for a real Mackie Control type of surface.
2) Using some of the excellent script and templates examples, especially 'AbreakpointV1' (cheers Antonio, top notch work on design and programming!)
I have begun to make a midi I/O control mapping and transformation matrix for Lemur.
[edit]: asked too soon about template post, obvious now, thanks.
I've read the 3.01PDF twice so far, well done for basics but I need more.
Is there a detailed programmer's WIKI somewhere, would be good for a quick function lookup reference.
Thanks!
cheers guys!
Jay

Great to see the user library up. Could you add a way to sort by date, so it'll be easier to see what's new each time you check in?
Thanks!

That's a great idea.

A Control Change is just part of the MIDI protocol. Still thanks for the suggestion!
Cheers,

Re: NEWS: User Library is live!
The templates / modules need a field for explanations - reverse engineering is OK up to a point, but without direct comment within the editor it can be pretty daunting for newbies ...
Re: NEWS: User Library is live!
Something seems up with the registration proces. I never got the validation email and there is no way to get it again. (AfAI can tell)
Re: NEWS: User Library is live!
Sort by date is great, but I also love the "recent postings" column on the individual template pages. It would be great to just see a list of the last 10 devices on the front page of the user library.
Great stuff, BTW. I'm having a blast with Lemur for iPad.
