has this been fixed in version 3.0.2? - My templat is now around 500kB, and I wonder if I should go on, or just wait for an update :?:

okay, good to know! So I'll wait...

when fixing this bug, please don't take this too seriously: ;)
"640 kB ought to be enough for anybody."

However it was not Bill --> Q. Did you ever say, as has been widely circulated on the Internet, "640K [of RAM] ought to be enough for anybody?"
No! That makes me so mad I can't believe it! Do you realize the pain the industry went through while the IBM PC was limited to 640K? The machine was going to be 512K at one point, and we kept pushing it up. I never said that statement–I said the opposite of that. ref: http://www.usnews.com/usnews/biztech/gatesivu.htm

Pardon me if you've already gone to support and posted your issues on other parts of this forum - but ASSuming that you have NOT done this - The assertion that the software is just plain buggy and not working is not going to help you solve your problem all that quickly. Let us know some more about the specifics of what's going on and perhaps another member of the community or tech support can help out. There surely ARE some bugs inn this software - and perhaps some which even keep you from doing the specific task you want to do...but it's actually not impossibly buggy or just plain broken. (as evidenced by the fact that a whole bunch of us are using it).

I most surely don't mean to be harsh - I do know how it is when you've been working on a computer and your work just disappears - it SUCKS. Let us know some more about the specifics if you still have the energy to do so, and perhaps you will have your issue resolved and maybe even save someone else the frustration.

Will well wishes - V

yeah I didn't really post in the interest of being constructive. I was just pissed. So far, every ipad controller app besides touchosc has been unacceptably unstable for me. I use this stuff on stage to make a living. Disappearing data doesn't work for me.
I think I emailed support about this issue, but it could have been about other bugs.
Honestly, at this point I'm disillusioned with lemur and am not very invested in working to improve this software with detailed bug reports etc.
The grownups said they know what the problem is and will fix it in the next update. When that happens I'll try it out, but I've pretty much moved on. I've heard that promise too many times to count on things changing.

Yeah, it sucks. Wish I hadn't spent all that time and money.
