hello, i'm considering purchasing Lemur and/or Griid to use with Ableton and Resolume,
and through my research i've come to understand that a WIFI ad hoc network is the preferred connection for OSC
(and also saves from having to purchase an iConnect, and carry it around for all our gigs!)...
However, i see that it is recommended that for WIFI use, you need to turn bluetooth OFF on both the iPad and Mac.
Unfortunately, i'm still needing to use my Apple bluetooth "Magic Trackpad" a lot of the time...
So i'm wondering, are there ANY simple circumstances where the WIFI MIDI and bluetooth could co-exist?
Or any special bluetooth settings that could be applied to allow these connections at least in studio setup mode?
(For actual live performance, i'm hoping i eventually won't need the bluetooth Trackpad anymore)
Thanks for any advice, and happy new year!
Greg

Hi eklektro,
Bluetooth and Wi-Fi sometimes interfere and sometimes don't we recommend to turn it off just so the connection is more stable. Hope that shines some light on the matter.
Cheers,
Marino.

OK thanks... Sounds like it'd be worth giving it a try...
(just not during live performances)
Cheers!
