Copy/paste bug in Lemur Editor 5.3.4

Hi,

I tried to use the current last version of Lemur Editor (5.3.4) on a relatively large project with a lot of scripting.
Scripts are relatively long, but within known limits of Lemur.

Since version 5.3.4., I have sometimes the Copy/Paste function not working : sometimes it pastes only a part of the script, sometimes it just pastes nothing.
I reversed to Lemur Editor 5.3.2. and the exact same actions on 5.3.2. are working well.

Bug fix would be welcome.

i still cant copy paste into a scritpt editor in 5.7.1

is there some sort of workaround?

FIXED/Hi. is the COPY/PASTE BUG a common thing?

I cannot paste text to lemur from any source. notes, text edit, web browser. internally copy paste works. Also it actually worked ok for a while but then stopped. I didn't change anything it just stopped. the problem is on two different MacBook Pros. M1 and older one (I use Windows as well - all good there) tried all the restarts, cleaning pboard, changing keyboard language. Everything pastes well between other apps just Lemur editor is the outsider. tried editors 5.4 and 5.7 - same. Makes me mad because I have something that I need to get done and instead I'm sitting on this. I hope I'm just blind temporarily and there is an easy fix. Anyone had the same?


SOLUTION - Yeah, me blind, temporarily. ChatGPT exports non ASCII characters and it won't paste to Lemur. Tell the language model not to do that. eventually it'll learn.. It was actually mentioned in previous post, but I thought I had a different problem. So all ok now
