Hello guys and happy 2021!
I bought the new iPad Pro, 12.9 inch version from 2020 some months ago and upon opening the Lemur app noticed that its native resolution is unsupported, you get those black borders around the screen.
This is not Lemur project specific, it is unsupported display on the app level itself.
Would you consider a fix for this at any time soon? I'd love to have my projects running at native resolution on new device.
(btw iPhone 11 Pro Max screen scales correctly)
Looking forward to your updates!
Matt

You can set whatever screen size you want.
1) In the Lemur Editor, at the top right there is a drop down menu that shows the device. Choose 'Manage...'
2) Scroll down to the bottom and double-click 'Add...'
3) In the first field you can give your new resolution a name, i.e. 'iPad Pro 12.9'.
4) In the following two fields enter the width and height of the screen. Pretty sure the dimensions of your iPad Pro are 1366 x 980.
5) Click add.

Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately no, the Lemur editor does not support the newest iPad resolution which is 2732x2048 pixels. The maximum it goes to is 1366x980 as you said - which leaves those black borders around the screen.midikinetics wrote: ↑22 Jan 2021 17:35 You can set whatever screen size you want.

It's not the biggest of issues as all my projects still work - but Lemur is such a visual tool it does impair it somewhat. Hope there is a fix for it one day

Ahhhh I didn't realize you could add your own resolution to it!
Sweet, I'll convert my projects now. Thank you so much for your help!

Hah, ok - I changed it and connected the Lemur - it simply makes the templates very large but the black borders stay on.
As I mentioned in my first post, this is an app specific issue, not something that can be adjusted via the editor
1. iPad with loaded project (from 1st gen iPad Pro), notice the black borders around screen (it displays time/date & wifi/battery % on top like other apps that don't support its native resolution):
2. iPad after I added its resolution to editor (made the same project approx 4x the size, black borders still displaying):
