Not new to Lemur (though first time registered)

Hi, I've been using Lemur for quite some time.

I have a question about "Song position".
If I enter (scale) 2000 it jumps to 2015 for example. Is this normal behaviour?
Can I fill in an exact number for example with a simple script and does anybody know how to do that?
