Follow Object value relative to position?
Is it possible to have one fader follow another, but keep the values relative rather than jumping to the lead fader value?
Re: Follow Object value relative to position?
Sure, though there are probably a few ways to go about it depending on how many other faders you want to move in relation to a single fader and how they need to be linked.
Attached is a simple example with 2 faders.
Both faders are independent until you turn on the 'Follow' button. Once you do, the first fader will follow the second's relative position (within it's own limits, of course). If you touch/move the first fader, it turns off 'Follow'. Hitting 'Follow' does nothing more than stores the difference between the 2 faders so you can calculate the relative movement between them.
