Multi button glitch

Has anyone else experienced an issue with the new version where pressing certain buttons cause multiple other buttons to activate? I have checked all my connections and reloaded the newest versions several times now and still getting the same weird issues.

using: Lemur editor 5.2.2 / Lemur for iPad 5.3.1 / iPad 4 gen (retina display)

Could you upload a lemur project with this project? Then it's easier to check if it occurs with others as well.

This happens on multiple projects. I even tried creating one from scratch and it is still happening. The ipad is on the most current version. I even deleted the app and reloaded, still same issue.
