I'm using Lemur to control soft synths in Reaper. Windows 8.1, 64-bit. Using LoopMIDI.
Using the default "Studio Combo" template, I can pull up a synth, select a preset and start playing on the keyboard on my iPhone/iPad. No problem.
As soon as I hit play/record, however, MANY knobs on the synth are automatically placed at a certain position, obviously completely changing the sound.
Here's what shows up on my MIDI Event List after recording a short phrase of 7 notes:
- 16 "All Notes Off" messages for MIDI Channels 1-16
- Same thing for "Pitch Bend"
- Same thing for "Hold Pedal"
- The three things above, repeated again (another 48 messages)
- 1 "Pitch Bend" message on Channel 1
- 16 messages on Channel 1, for CCs 64-79
- 9 "Hold Pedal" messages, on channel 1
- And THEN the notes!
WTF is going on?!?!

Check out Reaper's options extensively.....
Many DAWs have an option to "reset controllers on playback" or something similar that causes your Lemur to update, and in turn, then Lemur changes your DAW parameters.
