For anyone looking for a Multiball panning object similar to that found in the Dexter controller, hopefully this will help.
The multiball uses canvas "overlays" to position the balls and contain them within the circle, like a ring area. It also features:
-Pinch to spread
-Group rotate
-per ball rotate/spread lock
Cheers!

Re: Dexter MultiBall Surround Panner
Really, the balls could represent anything you want, but it this case I was trying to emulate the functionality of the surround panner in Dexter, which was for panning channels in your DAW. Sorry, I haven't looked at this, or anything Lemur in about a year, but I think routing midi should be relatively simple with the output of the multiballs.
