5.2 - Canvas Radial Gradient seems broken?

Hi there,

On the editor radial gradients looks fine, but when I send my template to iPad it doesn't, here how a factory example looks like:

Anyone experiencing the same thing? I am using latest versions of Lemur (editor and app) on iPad Air (iOS7)

that looks strange. At my place it looks normal, radial gradients drawing perfect circles in the editor and on the iPad.

iOS 7.1.2, Lemur 5.2, editor 5.0.3 on both Windows and Mac.

FYI Phil, you can 'show package contents' for the .dmg and extract the 5.2 Editor so as to use that without messing with the working daemon.

thank you Joe, good idea. On my Hackintosh I learned to install from the package contents because the .mpkg fails, but with your tip I have now daemon 5.0.3 with editor 5.2 running, nice.

The 5.0.3 editor (both on Windows and Mac) doesn't draw some shapes correctly. Only a minor issue.

hey guys,

Thanks for letting me know, just I've upgraded my iPad Air to iOS 8 and the problem persists, re-installed Lemur app, no luck yet.

I am using iPad Air (Retina) maybe related? @Phil your ipad is retine too?

Ayup.

Shadow rendering also appears to be working now in 5.2, which is nice - though I think the 'fake' or composite / layering technique may be the better option in any case.

Yep - got the same issue here - been meaning to send a report in . . .
iPad Air with Retina display has same issues with radial gradients
Its destroyed some projects i was working on ....

Thanks Phil, seems you are safe without retina display

@Macciza, thanks for confirming this,I feared some kind of hardware problem! Pity I can not use the radial gradient for a new project, hopefully it will be resolved quickly. I've reported this already in the beta list
