Ah okay - that makes sense, but we're still lacking some context to help with the crashing. The only thing I can think of which causes crashing like that would be using a Knob object in bipolar mode (since 4.x).

Posting an example of whatever is crashing Lemur is probably the best way to get help with this.

Gentlemen,

After great dedication and some unbroken blocks of time, I am ecstatic to inform you that I have completed my quite elaborate interface, though the connectivity with my Max standalone has not yet been established.
. . . AND IT IS AWESOME ! ! ! :-D

The swiping left is working perfectly, but I notice the swiping right will always put you back to the leftmost page, skipping several others on the way. I'll have to adjust that, but I'm sure it'll just take a little experimentation with the settings to resolve.

Great, great thanks to Softcore (Ef charisto polee ! !) and Mr. Clean, er . . . Soap. :-P

My next stage is to get involved with some scripting to properly label the buttons, to cycle through some LEDs, and to tweak the button activity so they respond the way I need them to. Any ideas about where I might find some good resources and examples to help me in those directions ?

RE: the crashing, my workaround is to not use the In-App Editor. I did the whole thing on my trusty ole' HP laptop, and . . . it almost brings a tear to my eye. (snif ! )

Thanks again,
Glennzone

Well, . . . I thought . . . . Nevermind. :-P

So now that I've achieved the unlikely, can you point me in the right direction to get Max and Lemur talking ?

I'm also looking to do the following things :

* Re-assign the numbers on the multi-buttons. I want to be able to alter their assigned numbers programmatically.

* I need to use state changes to keep some things the same, and some other things to change in step with a change in state.

Is anyone else doing these sorts of things ?

btw, I did try the in-app editor for the swipe stuff, but not really for anything else. That's when it crashes; if I touch the gesture\scroll in the in-app editor. I really did everything in the PC editor.
