I bought lemur over a year ago, with an alesis I/O dock and I have gone on many campaigns in order to try to get it working. I am fairly computer literate and I am above average on using my DAW, but, for some reason, I have not been able to process any of the information in the LEMUR user manual and I still havent gotten it to work.
When I have emailed support, they pretty much have responded with, "try the forum, not our problem"..ha ha..so, here goes.
I am running CUBASE 7.0.3 on Mac OSX, I am running mostly large orchestral templates and I am wanting to know if someone could let me know what I need to do in order to get lemur to control the MIDI CC's in Cubase.
I did not really see a template for this function on the LEMUR template page... I basically want to be able to control the CC messages on my orchestral library (EAST WEST). I would like to perhaps have CC1 on one axis and CC11 on another axis.
I am using the Alesis I O dock and I am wondering if anyone would be interested in pointing out how to properly connect the I O DOCK with the lemur DEAMON to the EDITOR to CUBASE...
I am so confused and frustrated and I feel like I wasted money on the software and the i o dock. I even paid a professional TECH to come over and try to get it to work, a gifted tech and he couldn't figure it out.
I'm sure this post looks ridiculous to a lot of people, sorry, just trying one last try before i bite the bullet and buy a different control app. I have spent days and days trying to get it connected. It is easier to use a template from LIINEs website? I'm sure I can find stuff I need in those templates.
