To be honest, I have no idea. I have never used that product. I'd assume it works as it says, but I hate to guarantee something with which I have no experience. I would just go to a website like Sweetwater.com and look at the various iOS MIDI interfaces and read the reviews. I CAN say that you don't want the Alesis I/O Dock, as it does not work with SYSEX.
