Can someone please confirm this is correct?

Post by dchild »

I'm really struggling connecting both my ipads to Ableton with Bi-directional control.
When i connect the first ipad through the lemur app it works fine (Bi-directional control works also)

When i connect the second ipad this works also with bi-directional control, but the first ipad's feedback stops working.

Here are my settings:
Object Target Midi Channel Virtual port
ipad 3 Target 0 2 IAC 2

ipad 1 Target 1 1 IAC 1

Is there a correct connection procedure connecting two ipads. Is it better to use the Daemon application to make the connections.

I've spent weeks working on my live setup, this is the final hurdle until i have the setup of my dreams!

Please help me!

i just purchased 2 more ipads yesterday so i have 3 now SWEEEET! They easily connected via Daemon setup. I simple added more ports and chose a different midi in and out for each. It does appear that i have to do this every time i restart my mac but, it doesn't seem to remember these ports for some reason?
